  1. Absolutely stunning! Rayne's lot has such a weathered look, makes it look so authentic and real. I love the lived-in quality of your sets. The bedroom is my favorite, so many personal touches that reflect Rayne's character. The guitar, shoes, star and florals. Beautiful.

  2. Lucid, THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

I could spend months working on her place. The bedroom is the most complete space (so happy you noticed that). The rest of them are still WIP. I have ideas I can't figure out how to do.

Your work is so gorgeous, I am completely flattered!

  3. Dammit, if I decorated this lot, I would be so happy with it that I would probably be speechless with glee!

The bedroom is still definitely my favourite but I always appreciate a lovely outdoor space like the side porch. I love the idea of using those iron bars (are they fences? dividers?) inside. It looks amazing!

  4. Carla, your opinion means so much to me! I'm always uneasy about showing stuff that isn't finished, and this is definitely an unfinished place. The bedroom was the first one I did and I spent a lot of time on it.

The iron bars are window bars from the Torrox set. I just put them between two columns.

    Thank you!!!

  5. wow beth... just wow. This is incredible, as always. Your sets are always such an inspiration to me. I am always wanting to just open up my game and DO THAT ((points to these fantabulous pictures on the screen))

You can definitely see how much work you've put into this. It's absolutely gorgeous. I love the side porch.. I just want to jump in your game and stay for a while :)

    Thanks for sharing!!

  6. Thank you, Christi. Your story is one of my favorites, and it's a total pleasure to hear from you! You already do it all LOL!

You know I'm doing this because I can't make the chapter shots work. Not sure it matters anymore. There's a sort of predictable dynamic going on and I guess I just don't want to look at it.

    Thank you...

  7. I have to agree with Christi. Not only do I absolutely love the decor, and the pictures, I want to LIVE there! (stares at the pile of laundry on my floor. ugh) No, I need digs like these. Does Rayne need a roommate? LOL >_>

  8. This looks great, Beth. You have an eye for detail and individual tastes. I want to live here too!

I love the bedroom, porch and computer nook. Ugh, lucky girl!

  9. simtopi and Choco, thank you guys! I'd like to live there, too. This design style wouldn't be my preference though: it's kind of BRIGHT.

Something about the front facade still bothers me. I'm going to look at some of the Eastern Shore houses and try to fix it up some. Maybe it needs a roof overhang over the front windows, don't know.

  12. That's a great space. You make the best sets.

What's the wall on the outside of the house. It's so perfectly worn.

  13. HeredonCove, thank you so much! They have to be functional so they don't competition decorated.

The horizontal yellow and blue siding is called Catherine Key West. It's by Ricci2882 and came from www.simaholicsrus.com. It's OLD CC. I'm assuming that's the one you're interested in. I can probably put it up on mediafire if you can't find it and you want it.

    Thank you again!
